Chef Claudine recently catered a reception for 50 people after a Memorial Service. We asked her to do the catering as we had used her services previously and always had excellent results.
For this reception we gave Cbef Claudine great latitude and asked her to put something together that would help feed late afternoon crowd of 50 with assorted sandwiches and appetizers.
Chef C delivered and had a beautiful selection of sandwiches, appetizers and salads ready when we all arrived for the reception.
It was all delicious and guests raved about the assorted foods that evening and several even commented in sympathy cards how much they enjoyed food and appetizers.
Chef Claudine also provided two complete delicious meals to the grieving family fir the two nights before the memorial and reception. These meals were truly comfort food for the grieving family as no one really felt like cooking or preparing meals these two nights.
Definitely a 5 rating for excellence as to the food prepared for the reception.

I would highly recommend Fancy’s Personal Chef Services. Within one week, we were able to connect, draw up a menu (Fancy is very accommodating) and solidify a very fair price. Hire CIaudine now. I surprised my wife with a private chef and dinner for Valentines Day with four other couples. Claudine was amazing and the flavor of the food was superb. Pre-event work of selecting menu items and planning the theme was effortless. She made sure all dietary or allergic restrictions were handled early on. She was able to roll with small changes during the event and even helped the servers along. Overall an excellent experience.

Claudine was wonderful! She catered a bridal shower for me for 20 people. I had crazy requests (no gluten, no dairy) and she managed it beautifully. She communicated with me as needed during the planning phase (before the shower). On the day of – she arrived on time to the event, was dressed professionally, set up efficiently, and was extremely adaptive to a small space. She served the guests from a buffet-style set up and was very helpful and well received. The best part – the food was fantastic! Salads and stuffed mushrooms and meatballs, etc. Wonderful. Portions were huge – but I appreciated the left overs. Will definitely work with her again.

Great experience! We wanted to do something unique and special for a great member of our Team at work, and someone suggested an in-home personal chef experience. We found Claudine on Thumbtack and worked with her to set up the arrangement and establish a budget. I hired Chef Claudine after frantically searching for a personal chef for a last minute dinner party for my clients 50th Birthday. Thank God I found Chef Claudines Page, I called her and she immediately went into action with a menu that was perfect for the elegant St Patricks Day themed party. She was there on time and we worked together successfully. The client even asked her if she would consider being a live in chef and in their words this must be what it feels like to be a millionaire . The guests raved about Chef Claudine and loved her popovers. They found their way to the kitchen to talk over the recipe and she eagerly shared it with them.
